This is one of our new, patented GEN 2 fixtures; the GEN 2 Reptile 34″ T5HO UVB 39W + Double GU10 Basking Light Fixture. This fixture is designed for screen undermount inside our 36” long terrariums. Dimmer control of heat output from Basking Assembly for basking spot surface temperature. UVB 100% coverage of the basking spot; as the heat lamp enclosures straddle the UVB fixture body. Adjustable location of the basking spot. Just re-position Basking Assembly’s center 2” to 12” from the end of the UVB reflector. Normal position is at 7” to center. Note that changing basking spot location can influence the temperature gradient inside the terrarium. Heat lamp enclosures of the GU10 Basking Assembly include hinged screen mesh covers that protect reptiles from touching heat lamp surfaces. Power cord (with on/off switch) & specially designed right angle fixture plug allows fixture to screen undermount inside our 36” long terrariums.
